Compliance to Directive RoHS Range This alloy is specially suitable for electronic hand/robotic soldering and re-work. ECO lead-free wires are made with high pure row materials reducing dross. It is specially suitable for manual and automatic soldering, for components assembly and surface mounting in electronic industry. It guarantees high fluidity in soldering and optimal join.
