Description

BROFIL 63 is a high purity alloy composed of 63% tin and 37%
lead. This alloy meets the standards of ISO 9453: 2015, alloy 102. It is manufactured using a special process that controls that oxides and other metallic and non-metallic impurities are not included during manufacturing. A common application for this alloy is to make permanent and reversible connections between copper pipes and plumbing systems. The higher the tin concentration, the higher the shear and tensile strength.
