Description

SN100ECO – SnCu 0.7Ni0.05Ge is a lead-free with flux,
silver-free and nickel stabilized eutectic tin-copper alloy formulated with the highest quality raw materials. The composition of this weld complies with ISO 9453: 2014 (alloy 403) and RoHS directive. Scope Alloy with flux suitable for electronic hand/robotic soldering and re-work.. ECOS wires with lead fluxes are alloys made with high purity materials, reducing slag. Especially suitable for manual and automated soldering, for the assembly of surface mount components in the electronics industry.
