Our BROPASTE ELECTRONIC ECO 4 (SnAg3.0Cu0.5) ROL0 SMD solder
paste complies with the UNE-EN ISO 9453 alloy 711 standard. It is a NO CLEAN solder paste formula, free of halogens or halides, classified ROL0 which is compatible with many lead-free alloys. BROPASTE ELECTRONIC ECO 4 is characterized by reducing typical oxidation defects, thanks to its balanced activation system. SAC305 standard alloy is especially suitable for reflow and jet dispensing.
