Our BROPASTE ELECTRONIC ECO 5 (Sn99-Ag0.3-Cu0.7) ROL0 SMD solder
paste complies with the UNE-EN ISO 9453 alloy 501 standard. It is a NO CLEAN, NO VOIDING, halide-free solder paste formula , ROL0 rated which is compatible with many lead free alloys. BROPASTE ELECTRONIC ECO 5 is characterized by reducing typical oxidation defects, thanks to its balanced activation system. SAC LOW standard alloy is especially suitable for reflow and jet dispensing.
