Our BROPASTE ELECTRONIC BROFIL 63_37, ROL1 SMD solder paste
complies with the UNE-EN ISO 9453 alloy 102 standard. NO CLEAN, NO-VOIDING, low halide content. For a wide range of PCB designs and applications. The standard alloy, SnPb37, is especially suitable for reflow and vapor phase processes. This paste can be processed with or without the use of nitrogen.
