ECO 3 B5 (Sn97-Cu3) is a high performance alloy composed of a
lead-free tin-copper alloy. The composition of this alloy complies with ISO 9453: 2015 (Alloy 402) and RoHS regulations. This makes our ECO 3 alloy useful in a variety of processes, including wave, selective and dip soldering, as well as being suitable for inserting and retouching components for surface mount technology for the electronic assembly industry. ECO 3 – B5 wire contains a water soluble flux specially formulated for direct soldering of copper or tin-based alloys to aluminum. It also has excellent properties for welding nickel-plated copper, aluminum and aluminum alloys. The flux is comprised of components that are highly effective in aluminum soldering along with a unique bonding system that provide excellent stability and properties for aluminum soldering. Flux B5 complies with the RoHS and REACH directives.
