Description

ECO 3 (Sn97-Cu3) is a high performance alloy composed of a
lead-free tin-silver alloy. The composition of this alloy complies with ISO 9453: 2015 (Alloy 402) and RoHS regulations. This makes our ECO 3 alloy useful in a variety of processes, including: n Wave, selective and dip soldering. n Insertion and touch-up of components for surface mount technology for the electronic assembly industry.
